HeyDreaming ("HeyDreaming", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website at https://heydreaming.comand the related AI video-ad generation service (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information.When you create an account we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name, email address, and Google profile picture (see "Google user data" below). Passwords for email/password accounts are handled by Google Firebase Authentication and are never stored by us in plain text.
• Content you provide. Product URLs you submit, prompts, brand details, uploaded images, and the videos, images, and copy generated from them.
• Usage data. Pages viewed, features used, generation history, and approximate device/browser information collected through analytics.
• Payment information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number; we retain a billing reference, plan, and transaction status.
• Cookies and similar technologies. We use a small number of cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in (a secure, HttpOnly session cookie) and to measure aggregate usage.

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
• To generate, score, store, and let you download your ad creative;
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure;
• To process payments and manage subscriptions and credits;
• To communicate with you about your account, security, and changes to the Service;
• To analyze and improve the Service in aggregate, non-identifying form;
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

If you choose "Continue with Google", we request only your basic profile (name, email address, and profile picture) through Google OAuth. We use this data solely to create and authenticate your HeyDreaming account and to display your name and avatar in the app.

HeyDreaming's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties except as needed to provide the Service or as required by law.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that power the Service, and only as needed to run it:

• Google Firebase / Google Cloud — authentication, database (Firestore), and file storage;
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing;
• AI model providers — your prompts and inputs are sent to the model providers that generate your media (which may include fal.ai, OpenRouter / ByteDance Seedance, Google Gemini, and ElevenLabs) for the sole purpose of producing your requested output;
• Analytics — Google Analytics, in aggregate, to understand product usage.

We may also disclose information to comply with the law, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of HeyDreaming, our users, or others. If HeyDreaming is involved in a merger or acquisition, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain your account information and generated content for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual projects, generations, and media at any time from within the app. If you delete your account or ask us to, we will delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

We protect your data with industry-standard measures: encrypted transport (HTTPS), HttpOnly session cookies, owner-scoped access rules on all stored data, and least-privilege access to our infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and review our controls regularly.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can:

• Access and edit your account data from the dashboard;
• Delete your generations, media, and brand kits at any time;
• Request account deletion or a data export by emailing hi@heydreaming.com.

We will respond to verifiable requests within the time required by applicable law.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We operate the Service from, and store data in, the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
