Blur a License Plate
Upload up to 20 car photos. We draw a suggested box on each plate — move it, delete it or draw your own — then blur, pixelate or cover it with your logo and download.
Photos never leave your browser.
How do I blur a license plate in a photo?
Open the photo in a plate tool, draw a box over the plate and apply a blur or pixelation strong enough that no characters can be read. This tool suggests the box automatically with an on-device detector and lets you confirm it; the photo is processed in your browser and never uploaded.

Questions
License plate blur — FAQ
Are my photos uploaded?
No. The plate detector runs inside your browser and the edited photos are created on your device. The only download is the detector model itself (about 35 MB, once).
Does it always find the plate?
Not always — boxes are suggestions. Check every photo before downloading, and draw a box yourself if one is missing, for example on dealer plates or plates seen at a steep angle.
Can I blur plates in bulk?
Yes, up to 20 photos at a time, downloaded together as a ZIP.
Is blurring a plate enough?
Solid is the only cover that removes the plate completely. Blur and Pixelate use the same coarse grid, about three blocks across the plate's height, so the characters can't be read; always look at the result before posting.
